Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
- Lead and supervise casuals to ensure smooth retail operations and excellent customer service
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, credit card and digital payments, while ensuring accurate daily reconciliation
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and liaise with suppliers
- Prepare weekly sales and inventory reports to support business decisions
- Maintain accurate updates in POS and inventory systems
- Support visual merchandising and retail campaigns to enhance store presentation and sales
- At least 1 year of retail operations experience
- Familiar with POS systems, cashiering, and inventory management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills
