Somerset West. A Well-established Dealership has an opportunity for a Bookings Clerk with minimum 2 experience in bookings or similar role in the motor industry.
The main purpose of this role to manage customer service bookings efficiently, coordinate workshop appointments, and provide professional customer support that aligns with the company’s standards. By effectively managing the booking process and providing exceptional customer service, the Bookings Clerk contributes to the overall success and reputation of the dealership and their Brand.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- 2-5 Years' experience in a similar position in the motor industry
- Previous working experience in an automotive dealership or customer service environment essential
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office products.
