Drive training excellence at Bombardier in Dorval as a Training Coordinator. Play a crucial role in facilitating training events and managing logistics for employee development across manufacturing sites.
As part of the Organizational Learning team, you will effectively coordinate training activities, manage attendance data, and liaise with various stakeholders. Your strong organizational skills will contribute to the seamless execution of training sessions and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate logistics for engaging training events
• Liaise with Educational Partners to manage requests
• Support onboarding with learning roadmap development
• Maintain the Learning Management System and data integrity
• Facilitate communication for training schedules across teams
Requirements:
• College diploma in relevant fields or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' experience in training settings
• Bilingual communication skills in French and English
