Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain FBC Boilers with a combined steam generation capacity of 20–100 TPH .
- Ensure optimum steam generation and uninterrupted utility supply to manufacturing operations.
- Supervise operation and preventive maintenance of DM Plant, RO Plant, Softener Plant, and Water Treatment Systems .
- Operate and maintain 3 Thermic Fluid Heaters for continuous process requirements.
- Monitor boiler efficiency, fuel consumption, steam parameters, and utility performance.
- Ensure proper water chemistry and boiler feed water quality.
- Coordinate annual shutdowns, preventive maintenance, statutory inspections, and boiler certification activities.
- Ensure compliance with the Boilers Act , Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR), Gujarat Boiler Rules, and other statutory requirements.
