Take your pilot career to new heights with a permanent role as a Boeing 737NG First Officer at WestJet. Non-type rated pilots are offered full training to excel in customer-focused flight operations.
In this multi-crew position, you’ll operate the Boeing 737NG while ensuring safety and professionalism in every flight. Candidates must hold an ATPL (TCCA) license and have at least 2,000 flight hours, including 500 hours fixed-wing experience. This role focuses on teamwork, effective communication, and enhancing CRM in all flight phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Boeing 737NG in line with SOPs
• Support Captain during all flight phases
• Apply CRM and error management techniques
• Maintain communication with ATC and cabin crew
• Foster a safety-first culture through sound decisions
Requirements:
• 2,000 total flight hours
• Class 1 medical certification
• ATPL (TCCA) required
• ELP Level 4 English proficiency
• Multi-crew experience preferred
