Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Body Shop Assistant Manager to join our team at Dilawri Collison Centre Regina. This position plays a key role in supporting the day-to‑day operations of a busy collision repair facility, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflow management, and strong collaboration between technicians, estimators, parts personnel, and customers. Automotive body shop experience and body shop parts knowledge would be an asset to this role.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily body shop operations and workflow.
• Support the Body Shop Manager in achieving productivity, quality, and profitability goals.
• Work closely with technicians, estimators, parts departments, and vendors.
