Opportunity Description
Enhance therapeutic programs as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Wedgwood Christian Youth and Family Services. Lead early behavioral interventions for children with autism spectrum disorders while mentoring a dedicated team.
In this key role, you will design and implement early intensive behavioral intervention strategies while training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Analyst Assistants (BCaBAs). Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to effectively manage client services and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
