Blockchain Engineer

Position Overview We are seeking a visionary Principal / Lead Blockchain Engineer with 10+ years of software engineering experience to drive the architecture, security, and scalability of our decentralized applications and infrastructure. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex cryptographic theory and production-grade enterprise software. You will serve as the technical authority for our Web3 roadmap, mentor a growing team of engineers, and make critical architectural decisions regarding smart contracts, consensus protocols, and Layer 2 integration.
