Blender / Extrusion Operator

• Pay: $19/HR
• Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Mon-Fri (Training on 1st shift)
• Location: Houston, TX 77041
• PPE: Steel-toed boots required

The Blender mixes and pre-forms materials for thread seal tape production. Core Responsibilities:

• Mixing & Pre-forming: Weigh and measure PTFE resins, pigments, and lubricants; operate pre-forming equipment to create billets for extrusion.
• Extrusion Operation: Set up and operate extrusion lines, ensuring continuous product flow using correct tooling and dies.
• Quality Control: Use gauges, calipers, and micrometers to verify products meet exact specifications.
