This part-time role (25 hours weekly) focuses on delivering effective counselling services to residence students, ensuring their mental health and emotional well-being. You'll be an integral part of the Residence Life Team, providing crisis intervention, risk assessments, educational workshops, and more to foster a supportive campus environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer individual and group counselling tailored to student needs
• Promote resources available on and off campus
• Participate in critical crisis interventions and assessments
• Provide on-call support alongside the Residence Life Team
