Biotech Presales Representative (Barcelona)

In collaboration we are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Dutch-speaking Biotech Presales Representative to join their team.

Location: Fully remote/work from home in Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure client satisfaction by excellent customer care in every contact throughout the sales cycle
• Proactively detect possibilities of cross‑selling and up‑selling and establish new business possibilities
• Retain and grow the existing base of customers
• Interpret customer needs and proactively act to understand those needs

REQUIREMENTS

• Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine or similar fields is necessary
