Opportunity Description
Support the Philips Multi-Vendor Services (MVS) business as a Biomedical Equipment Site Lead for customers in the Poughkeepsie, NY area. You will assume a leadership role for an empowered area of responsibility to manage and foster strong customer relationships through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites.

+ Lead identification and resolution of customer issues through proactive communication, coordination with site personnel, and development of solutions beyond break and fix support.
