BIM Technician: Mechanical Design & Modeling

A leading design and engineering firm is seeking a BIM Technician in Markham. This role will involve supporting the preparation of drawings and specifications for mechanical systems (HVAC and plumbing). You will participate in the design process, coordinate with other disciplines, and ensure accuracy in project models. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology and at least 4 years of relevant experience in CAD, BIM, and Navisworks.
