In this role, You will:
Produce discipline‑specific BIM models as agreed in the BEP and Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP) Develop models to required LOD / LOI at each project stage (Tender, Design, Construction, as‑Built) Populate models with accurate geometry, attributes, parameters, and metadata Ensure all authored models comply with: Model structure and classification rules BIM standards and naming conventions Shared parameter requirements Perform self‑checks prior to submission to the Common Data Environment (CDE) Publish and update models in the CDE as per workflow (WIP → Shared → Published) Support BIM Coordinator during:
Model federation Clash detection Issue resolution Resolve assigned clashes and model issues within agreed timelines Implement design changes...
