Overview
The BIM Coordinator will support the digital delivery of a major infrastructure project, playing a key role in developing, coordinating, and implementing BIM processes throughout the design and construction phases.
Core Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), guides, and protocols during the design phase.
- Ensure all design information complies with contractual requirements, the BEP, and all relevant BIM, CAD, GIS, and Information Management standards.
- Coordinate and support communication with Design Consultants.
- Oversee the correct use of information workflows within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Coordinate and monitor BIM deliverables across design partners and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, project standards, and TRP guidelines.
- Receive, review, and aggregate BIM models to maintain the federated model updated.
