We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated BIM Architect with 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in BIM modeling, preparing construction documentation, and coordinating architectural models for international projects. The candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality BIM models while adhering to project standards and deadlines. Requirements Key Responsibilities Develop accurate architectural BIM models using project specifications and standards. Convert 2D CAD drawings into intelligent 3D BIM models. Prepare construction documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, and schedules. Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to identify and resolve model clashes.
