Overview

Provide expert coding and billing functions for the organization in order to accurately reimburse service delivery. Conduct Coordination of Benefit audits at external provider agencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 4 years of medical billing experience or Associates degree in Health Information Technology or related field and two years billing experience
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and Third-party Insurance
• Ability to work with and safeguard sensitive and protected provider information and other confidential information
