We are looking for a skilled consultant to handle end-to-end workers' compensation claims across various provinces. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of WSIB, WCB, and CNESST processes, along with over three years of claims management experience. Your expertise in communication and negotiation will be key to help develop effective return-to-work programs and maintain compliance with legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage workers' compensation claims across multiple provinces
• File new claims within provincial deadlines
• Review and assess entitlement decisions and challenge determinations
• Collaborate with employees and case managers for safe returns
• Provide strategic advice on premium reduction strategies
