Opportunity Description
Enhance user support at Solutions 2 GO Inc. as a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist. This role focuses on desktop, network infrastructure, and customer service for both on-site and remote users.
This position requires accountability in supporting a multi-site enterprise environment. As the primary point of contact, you will provide bilingual assistance and manage incidents using an IT Service Desk system.
