24 Hours Group in Mendoza, Argentina, is seeking a Call Center Agent to manage inbound calls related to towing and roadside assistance services. The role demands excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to remain calm in emergencies.

The ideal candidate should be bilingual in English and Spanish and possess strong customer service skills. Full-time availability aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST) is required. This position requires on-site work in a 24/7 operational environment, including rotating shifts.
