Bilingual Roadside Support Agent

SRR Group is seeking a Call Center Agent in Chile, Región del Maule, Maule to manage inbound calls for towing and roadside assistance services. You will assess customer needs, provide service information, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure prompt assistance.

The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position requiring availability on a Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule.
