Bilingual Renewals Manager — Spanish/English

Doist in Mexico is seeking a Spanish bilingual Associate Renewals Manager to manage renewals and retention for English- and Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring that the renewal process aligns with client needs and that renewals are completed on time. You will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success, analyze license usage, and generate accurate renewal quotes in both languages.

The role focuses on maximizing ARR, reducing churn, and supporting Renewal Managers and Account Executives.
