Purpose of Position:
The Bilingual People Operations Specialist (English/Spanish) plays a pivotal role in advancing Super Radiator Coils' purpose and mission by attracting and retaining a diverse, high-performing workforce. This multifaceted position encompasses talent acquisition efforts primarily focused on high-volume manufacturing roles within our Minnesota Division, as well as administering human resources policies, procedures, and programs related to union and non-union employees as directed by management.
