Bilingual IT Service Desk Specialist (EN/ES)

NTT DATA North America is seeking a bilingual Soporte Técnico Bilingüe to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. You will provide IT service desk support for various devices and applications, guiding end-users through issues and recording incidents for escalation as needed.

You will collaborate with global IT teams, assist with onboarding, test and maintain systems, and explore new tools and processes.
