Responsibilities
- Communicates directly and proactively with internal and external customers and channel partners
- Manages customer expectations and contributes to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Supports sales activities including, but not limited to, proposals, presentations, follow-ups, and troubleshooting requests with team members to ensure customers receive the best solution
- Conducts lead management activities and qualifies companies within a defined region
- Tracks and manages all customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Promotes and educates clients on the SAMSON portfolio of products, services, and solutions
- Works toward adding SAMSON to customers' Approved Manufacturer Lists (AMLs)
- Attends internal and external sales meetings and events as required
- Follows up on all leads, proposals, and opportunities
