Opportunity Description
LeverageTek is actively seeking a Bilingual HR Onboarding Coordinator for a 3-month contract opportunity with its Ottawa-based customer.
Work Location
Ottawa, ON (Hybrid/On-site as required)
Key Tasks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires from contract signing through onboarding, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
- Manage pre-boarding activities, including completion of onboarding workflows and accurate HRIS data entry.
- Coordinate with IT and Health & Safety teams to arrange equipment, PPE, system access, and email setup.
- Ensure all employment documentation and compliance requirements (e.g., TD1 forms, SIN validation, direct deposit) are completed accurately and on time.
