This individual will support a fast-paced customer service environment by handling inbound and outbound communications, managing documentation, and ensuring data accuracy within internal systems. The role requires full fluency in French and English, as documentation may be entirely in French while customer interactions are primarily conducted in English. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a diverse, team-oriented setting.
