Bilingual Entry Level Customer Success Specialist

As a Bilingual Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high level customer support to approximately 30-50 automotive dealerships in a defined area. Functioning as a consultant, you will provide excellent support for our products and ensure that our customers are using the software they purchased to its full potential. You will provide both on-site and video conference support, with roughly 80% of the time on-site and 20% via video conference.

• Analyze software usage and provide feedback and solutions for ongoing and prospective business situations
• Improve operations, efficiencies, profits, and overall system use to ensure customers get the most out of our software
• Participate in tradeshows and industry events
