Bilingual Consumer Service Operations Representative 3

Humana’s Market Customer Service Organization is seeking a Bilingual Consumer Service Operations Representative 3 who is fluent in English and Spanish to join the Market Customer Service Team in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will provide onsite support for six Senior Medical Centers throughout Chicago located in **Ashburn (Evergreen Park), Jeffrey Manor (South Chicago), Glenwood, Dolton, Oaklawn and Berwyn, Illinois.**

**Key Role Functions**

+ Provide face-to-face customer service at the Senior Medical Centers in Illinois
+ Assist Humana members with concerns regarding medical billing, copayments, pharmacy and benefits as well as enrollment, eligibility and self-service options.
+ Aid clinicians with gaps and care of patients
+ CMS Stars support and patient experience initiatives
+ Investigate and settle claims and customer service issues
+ Verify referrals/prior authorizations
