Bilingual Communications Lead

MoD is seeking a strategic and creative Bilingual Communications Lead to help shape and amplify our client’s voice! In this role, you’ll lead impactful communications initiatives, craft compelling content in English and French, and support campaigns.

This role is hybrid (2 days in office) if you’re located in Toronto or remote if located outside of the GTA.

You’ll work collaboratively across teams, manage key stakeholder relationships, oversee a small team, and drive communications for major initiatives, events, media relations, and annual reporting.

We’re looking for an exceptional bilingual storyteller with 7+ years of communications experience, ideally in financial services, non-profit, or professional association environments. If you’re a strategic thinker with strong writing skills, media savvy, and a passion for meaningful communications, we’d love to hear from you.

Salary Range: $90,000-$95,000
