**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The Casino Host will manage all aspects of a customer journey while on property, simultaneously coordinating with Executive Casino Hosts on pre- and post-trip planning. You will report to the Director of Player Development.
Must be fluent in Spanish.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. The primary tasks for the Casino Host include the execution of Player Greets on the gaming floor, social events, special promotions, and concerts, which includes managing the event ticketing process.
2. The Casino Host will help identify new guests on the casino floor who meet the hosting criteria, while ensuring that the focus remains on currently hosted guests.
3. They are also responsible for resolving service failures when encountered, taking immediate action to fill service gaps, and cementing player loyalty with our VIP Guests _._
