What you'll do

As a Wellbeing Assessment Screener, you will provide personalized and exceptional service through the following activities:

• Conduct in‑depth, empathetic interviews with working professionals and executives to assess their mental wellbeing, identify stressors, and explore coping strategies.
• Document insights: Write detailed notes from interviews, capturing key strengths, areas of concern, and recommendations to improve wellbeing.
• Integrate data: Combine questionnaire responses with interview findings to provide a comprehensive, integrated wellbeing assessment.
• Create reports: Compile summary reports with tailored recommendations based on integrated data and clinical best practices.
