BILINGUAL CALL CENTER AGENT FOR MEDICAL SERVICES

Professionals in this position will assist customers, where necessary, in a clinical setting. Your tasks may include handling patient intake, patients’ files, booking appointments, and any queries or concerns customers may have.



Having an educational background in the medical field would be a huge plus, as would having experience working in the medical field. You also need to be someone who is experienced in handling sensitive information, and who has a friendly disposition.
