Bi-Lingual Account Manager

Position Overview The Account Manager serves as the primary onsite leader for all talent acquisition activities. This role manages candidate interviewing logistics, oversees recruiting workflows, and acts as the main point of contact for the clients hiring managers and employees. The Account Manager ensures strong communication, timely issue resolution, and seamless coordination between the staffing team and the client. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Oversight Coordinate and manage the full onsite interview process for all candidates submitted to the client. Partner with recruiters to schedule, prepare, and facilitate interviews. Ensure all candidates receive a professional, consistent, and positive experience while onsite.
