BI Analyst/R Shiny Developer

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers to extract, clean, and analyze our firm's people data, with a focus on a wide range of people data for a range of projects.

You will develop fluency in our people systems and combine this with your analytical knowledge to help translate rigorous analysis into business solutions. You will be heavily involved in the transition from Excel based and other database delivery of BI Analytics to self-serve platforms. You will communicate the results of the analysis to the team's internal clients, helping them understand the results and suggesting potential actions supported by the results.

You will serve a variety of internal firm clients across the people space, serving up tools that offer solutions to a wide range of colleagues both in scope and seniority.
