Drive impactful events as the Event Planning Manager for Benevity. Spearhead the execution of in-person experiences that resonate with purpose-driven professionals across the globe.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of Benevity's event portfolio, including local activations and the highly anticipated Benevity Live. Work alongside teams in Sales and Product Marketing to craft immersive attendee experiences that align with business objectives. Your role is critical for seamless logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute in-person events, ensuring exceptional attendee experience
• Create and implement event strategies tied to measurable targets
• Oversee all event logistics: venue, AV, and staffing management
• Coordinate marketing communications to maximize event participation
• Analyze event performance for actionable insights
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in event execution and planning
• Proven multitasking skills under pressure
