**Saint Mary’s Hospital** a member of Trinity Health Of New England is looking for an experienced **Behavioral Health Specialist, Social Worker, LCSW** to come join our team of highly specialized integrated behavioral health professionals.
The **Behavioral Health Specialist** is a **L** **i** **censed Social Worker** who provides psychiatric evaluations for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in the Emergency Room and Behavioral Health Unit. The **Behavioral Health Specialist** provides behavioral health consults, assessments, individual treatment, family consultations, care coordination, referrals, and participates in multidisciplinary teams which coordinates, monitors, and plans behavioral health care services throughout the episode of illness to meet the individual needs of our patients in order to improve the quality of care.
