The OCSB is currently seeking a Behaviour Analyst. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based behavioural interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform individualized functional behaviour assessments to inform student programming
• Collaborate with school teams and families to co‑develop, implement, and evaluate effective Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) and ensure alignment with Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collect, analyse, and interpret data on student behaviour to inform intervention adjustments and progress monitoring
