About the role
The Behaviour Analyst will assess through direct observation, functional assessment, and skill‑acquisition assessments to understand perpetuating factors for behaviours. The Behaviour Analyst designs, implements, delivers, and evaluates interventions derived from the principles of behaviour to produce meaningful improvements in patients. As part of an interprofessional health care team, the Behaviour Analyst supports rapid, safe, behaviour stabilization and promotes generalisable skill building to ensure successful implementation for children in home, school, or community settings.
