Be part of BayCare Health Systems as a Behavioral Health Therapist at St. Joseph’s Women’s & Children’s Hospital in Tampa, FL. This full-time position focuses on providing therapeutic services to families of NICU patients and pediatric cardiac cases.
As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment strategies, and deliver therapy to children aged 5-17 and their families. Responsibilities also include case management, discharge planning, and accurate documentation of patient interactions. Participation in community outreach helps to ensure families receive the support they need.
