In this role, you’ll report to the Tier 2 Technical Support Supervisor and be pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction through efficient troubleshooting of various networking technologies. You will support services like Dark Fibre and Voice over IP, ensuring robust network performance and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose customer-facing network issues including wifi configuration
• Support a range of services including DWDM and Private lines
• Escalate urgent cases to relevant product teams
• Assist Tier 1 Technical Support Reps as needed
• Stay up to date with industry practices and trends
