Become a key player in BDO's Transaction Tax Services as a Manager overseeing tax due diligence activities in any Canadian location.
You will lead teams in evaluating potential tax liabilities, collaborate with legal counsel, and analyze intricate tax matters for acquisitions. Your efforts in nurturing team talent and participating in business development initiatives will impact client relationships positively.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage tax due diligence engagements • Review and mitigate tax exposures in sales • Design tax-efficient structures for transactions • Create detailed technical documentation for clients • Foster team growth through mentorship and training
Requirements: • CPA designation or LLB required • Completed Master of Taxation or CPA in-depth Tax program • Minimum of 4 years in tax professional services • Experience with M&A transactions essential • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
