Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Louisville, KY to join our team as we expand our ABA services into a new community. This is a unique opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while helping establish our newest clinic from the very beginning.
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental or behavioral needs. Using evidence-based ABA practices, you will collaborate closely with clients, families, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and interdisciplinary professionals to promote meaningful skill development, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve each client's overall q...
