**Job Overview:**
**Batcher Lead- Houston, TX**
The Batcher Lead is responsible for performing standardized qualitative and quantitative tests on work-in-process and finished products to ensure compliance with company Quality and Food Safety standards. The Batcher Lead is also responsible for providing training and guidance to a team of Syrup Batcher Technicians.
**Shift & Schedule:**
This is a full-time position working 12 hour shifts from 4:00 PM to 4:30 AM. Days will vary based on production needs. Must be flexible and available to work overtime and weekends as needed.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Organoleptic and analytical analyses of products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with company Quality and Food Safety standards.
