Opening in September 2026, East Pavilion is a brand-new, multi-million dollar, 220-seat waterfront restaurant within the iconic Shoal Bay Country Club precinct, directly opposite Shoal Bay Beach.

Inspired by the port cities and coastlines of Asia, East Pavilion celebrates bold, generous Chinese cooking designed to be shared. Wok-fired dishes, premium produce and genuine hospitality come together in a stunning coastal setting, where two coastlines finally meet at one table.

We're seeking passionate Bartenders to help create exceptional guest experiences and bring East Pavilion to life from day one.
