Job Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, tea, matcha, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Perform basic espresso extraction and milk steaming.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.
- Take customer orders and operate POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, coffee bar, and equipment.
- Assist with stock replenishment and daily opening/closing duties.
- Support smooth café operations during peak periods.
