Roles & Responsibilities Beverage Preparation & Quality Control Dial in espresso by adjusting grind size, dose weight, and extraction times. Steam and texture milk to proper temperatures for lattes and cappuccinos. Follow standard recipes to prepare hot, cold, and specialty drinks consistently. Craft manual brews using pour-over, Chemex, or French press methods. Maintain quality control by tasting espresso shots throughout the shift.
