Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions: Accurately and efficiently handle a variety of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and account transfers.
• Provide excellent customer service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and banking services, and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cash and balance records: Accurately count and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift, reconcile transactions, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.

Qualifications

• Some positions may require some college coursework in business, finance, or a related field.
• Basic mathematical and accounting skills: Ability to perform accurate calculations, balance accounts, and handle cash transactions efficiently.
