Bank Product / Portfolio Manager

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Bank Product and Portfolio Management professionals for embedded roles at leading Philippine financial institutions. Working directly within client bank teams, you will own the full cards product lifecycle — from go-to-market strategy and digital launch through to portfolio optimization and customer value management — across debit, credit, prepaid, and commercial/SME card constructs. The role is Agile Product Owner-oriented with genuine portfolio ownership, and requires a solid grounding in the Philippine domestic payments infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the cards product backlog; write user stories and partner with engineering and delivery squads to drive execution
• Lead go-to-market for new card propositions — digital onboarding, KYC flows, activation, and launch readiness
