What You ll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging and practical breadmaking and baking classes to aspiring chefs and culinary enthusiasts.
- Develop lesson plans demos and class materials in alignment with the course curriculum.
- Teach a wide range of baking techniques including:
- Artisan breads
- Laminated doughs (e.g. croissants Danish)
- Enriched doughs (e.g. brioche)
- Fermentation and sourdough techniques
